All Swishfreya wigs are made with 100% premium Remy human hair, ethically sourced from trusted suppliers. Our hair is soft, tangle-free, and built to last.
How long do your wigs last?
With proper care, our wigs can last 12 months or longer. We provide a care guide with every purchase to help you get the most out of your investment.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes. You can customise your wig by choosing the length, texture, colour, lace type, density, and cap size. Visit our Custom Orders page to learn more.
What is your revamp service?
Our Wig Revamp Service restores tired or worn-out wigs to like-new condition. Services include deep cleansing, detangling, restyling, colour refresh, and lace repair. Visit our Revamp Services page for details.
How do I place an order?
Browse our Shop page and add your chosen wig to cart. For custom orders, send us a DM on Instagram or email hello@swishfreyawigs.com with your specifications.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay through our secure Shopify checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We are based in Canada and ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. Standard Canadian delivery takes 3–5 business days; international orders typically take 7–14 business days.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on worn or altered wigs. If your wig arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
How do I care for my wig?
We recommend washing your wig every 7–10 wears with a sulphate-free shampoo, conditioning regularly, and storing on a wig stand when not in use. A detailed care guide is included with every order.
Can I colour or heat-style my wig?
Yes. Our 100% human hair wigs can be coloured, straightened, curled, and styled just like your natural hair. We recommend professional colouring for the best results.
